How far in advance should I book my rental?

Rentals are subject to availability, so we recommend booking as soon as you're sure of your event date.

What do I need to reserve an order?

To secure your rental, we require your contact information and a 20% deposit paid by credit card which goes towards your final payment.

This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 7 days before your rental date.  If you cancel 2-6 days before your rental date you will be given a credit to move your reservation to another available date.

When is the final payment due?

Final payment is due the day of your scheduled event.  Payment will be collected by credit or cash before setting up.  If paying with cash, please have the exact amount as our drivers do not carry cash.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations should be given as soon as possible, however if you cancel at least 7 days before your rental date you will receive your full deposit back.  If you cancel anytime after the 7 days then we will apply your deposit to another available date.

If we have to cancel your rental due to weather you will receive a full refund, or we will happily move your reservation to another available date.

*Steps to make a reservation:

1.  Choose the rental period and dates you need

2.  Choose the items you need and the quantity 

3.  Add to cart

4. Create an account or continue as guest

5. Pay the 20% deposit

6.  We will give you a call, text, or email to confirm your reservation and find out the delivery location for your event.

7.  We will send you the contract via email for you to look over, but you will sign in person the day of delivery.

8.  Your final payment can be made at any time, but it will be due on the day of delivery.
