For inflatables, there will need to be a designated spot large enough and free of trees and debris. Room for stakes and blower needs to be considered. No asphalt or rocky surfaces, as this causes rubbing and tears on material. We love setting up on turf, grass or concrete! Depending on set-up location, sand bags may be required at an additional fee.

In case of bad weather, we reserve the right to cancel your rental if we feel conditions are not safe. Safety is top priority!

Deliveries will have a set time window of 1-3 hours before rental time begins. We will call to confirm with you the day before and call when we are on the way. Renter is required to be there so we may have access to the location to set up and go over safety policies.
